Are you seeking to further your allied health career with a forward thinking employer?
You€™re an allied health professional seeking to use your highly developed communication skills to engage and refer eligible people to the support services they require in our Job Capacity Assessment (JCA) program.
You€™ll play a vital role in Employment Solutions and be responsible to assess and identify barriers to employment (disability, medical, social and psychological) and recommend any suitable interventions, programs, or services to help clients overcome their challenges. There are also opportunities to provide short term interventions such as counselling, pain management, work conditioning and social casework to assist clients to overcome their barriers to employment.
You will have an allied health qualification degree in one of the following fields €“ Psychology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Exercise Physiology, Speech Pathology, Osteopathy, Chiropractic.
Registration or eligibility for registration with the relevant professional board or association is a must!
To be successful you will require excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and time management abilities and the ability to work in a dynamic fast paced team.
Additionally, the ability to work efficiently independently, as well as part of a team and with clients from varied background, will be highly regarded.
