Essential criteria:
- A Primary Medical Degree registrable with the New South Wales Medical Board;
- Fellowship of an Australian College relevant to clinical work;
- Demonstrated capacity to negotiate and implement change, and positively influence others to agreed outcomes;
- Experience in the diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of patients with melanoma within the particular specialty of the appointee;
- Commmitment to undergraduate and post graduate teaching in medicine, nursing and allied health;
- Demonstrated communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and work within a multidisciplinary team;
- Demonstrated experience in the management of complaints and conflict;
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement;
- Commitment to the Philosophy of the Sisters of the Little Company of Mary as it applies to the Hospital and the ability and desire to uphold these values.
